Verification Method of Granite Surface Plate

Measurement of thickness limit tolerance:

Granite surface plate feet verification method is that use a reading of 0.1MM vernier caliper measurement to measure the four edges of the midpoint. Extreme deviation of thickness Is expressed as the difference between the maximum and minimum thickness values on the same plate. The contract stipulates that the thickness of the plate is 20mm and the allowable range is plus or minus 1MM.

Length and width measurement method: Measured with a steel ruler of reading 1MM. Length and width are measured 3 lines respectively, calculate the mean value. The lengths and widths of the plates are recorded for final calculation.
