T - Slot Plate Customization Method

T-slot plate has T-groove, T-groove role is to match the bolt and screw on the workpiece to facilitate the welding and assembly work, T-slot size can be used according to the size of the bolt, the size of the specifications are generally customized according to customer needs, build a new measuring tool custom T-slot method is as follows:

1. according to the cast iron surface plate in the end and the plane has been drawn on the processing line to find and clamping plate. 

2. Plan out the right angle slot with a slot knife.

3. Plan the side of the left and right groove.
