Accurately machined 90° square, guaranteed 90 degrees, easy to secure, built to last, and helpful in a variety of situations; available both in open end and webbed end styles. Slots provide many options for mounting. Clamping slots are widely used for machining, layout and inspection.

Our Cast Iron Precision Angle Plates are heavy-duty L-shaped fixtures engineered to provide a stable, guaranteed 90° reference for machining, layout, and inspection work. Manufactured from close-grained, stress-relieved cast iron and finished to precision tolerances, these plates provide long-term dimensional stability and excellent vibration damping — ideal for milling, drilling, grinding, fixture building, and quality control tasks.

· Material & Treatment: Made from high-grade close-grained cast iron (commonly HT200–HT300 or equivalent) that has been stress-relieved to remove internal casting stresses and minimize long-term distortion.

· Precision Surfaces: Base and upright faces are precision machined and, where required, hand-scraped or ground to achieve and maintain flatness and perpendicularity (guaranteed 90°). Typical finishing options include scraped or ground faces for grade-level accuracy.

· Mounting Flexibility: T-slots, slotted holes, or through holes are machined in one or both working faces to allow flexible clamping and fixturing of workpieces; available in open-end or webbed (box) styles depending on stiffness and access needs.

· Rigid, Ribbed Construction: Webbed or ribbed castings reduce distortion and increase load capacity while keeping weight reasonable for the chosen size.

Range & Customization: Standard sizes cover common shop needs; custom dimensions, special slot patterns, tapped holes, or customer-specified tolerances are available on request (OEM/ODM options).
