Hanxin supplies precision ground cast iron surface plates for dimensional inspection, marking, layout, lapping and industrial assembly. Choose flat, hand-scraped, lapped or custom-machined working surfaces in standard and made-to-order sizes, with accuracy grades, holes, grooves and supporting stands configured for your application.

Standard dimensions do not suit every inspection station or machine-building project. Hanxin can manufacture square, rectangular or round plates and adapt the working surface to the part size, operating load, measuring method and fixture layout.
Available options include plain flat faces, lapping grooves, grid slots, T-slots, tapped holes, round holes and other customer-specified features. Send a drawing when hole position, thread, slot geometry or datum relationships are critical.
A surface plate must be supported and leveled correctly to maintain its specified performance. Matching stands with leveling screws are available, with an assembled working height of approximately 750–800 mm for applicable models. Handles can be supplied for selected smaller plates, while larger plates can be prepared for mechanical lifting and floor anchoring.
Hanxin's quality-control system covers incoming material, production and finished-product inspection. The available inspection equipment includes precision electronic levels, autocollimators, a laser interferometer, an imaging level meter, and squareness and parallelism checking equipment. An EX-works inspection report is included, and a calibration certificate can be arranged when required.
