Granite Surface Plate for CMM
A granite surface plate for CMM is the preferred option when corrosion resistance, a non-magnetic working surface and a stable precision reference are priorities.
Hanxin models cover sizes from 1000 × 750 mm to 3000 × 5000 mm, with grade 0 or grade 1 accuracy, an HS70 working-surface hardness and a ground finish. T-slots and custom dimensions can be specified for the required installation.
Cast Iron Surface Plate for CMM
A cast iron surface plate for CMM is suitable when the project requires a rigid metal platform, extensive T-slot clamping or a hand-scraped or finish-milled surface.
Hanxin uses HT200–300 cast iron with a working-surface hardness of HB160–240. Standard product information covers sizes from 750 × 1000 mm to 3000 × 8000 mm and precision grades 1–3.
