Established in 1978, Hanxin manufactures precision measuring tools, iron castings and welding table systems. Our integrated production capabilities cover design and development, casting, fabrication, precision machining and heat treatment. Hanxin maintains a quality management system certified to GB/T 19001-2016/ISO 9001:2015. Our inspection facilities include precision electronic levels, autocollimators, a laser interferometer, and equipment for checking squareness and parallelism. These instruments support dimensional and geometric inspection throughout production.
The correct system depends on workpiece size, fixture requirements and the scale of the fabrication task. Select the hole system before choosing clamps and locating elements because the tooling must match the table bore diameter.
| Selection Factor | D16 System | D28 System |
|---|---|---|
| Hole Diameter | 16 mm | 28 mm |
| Grid Spacing | 50 ±0.05 mm | 100 ±0.05 mm |
| Side Height | 100 mm or 200 mm | 200 mm |
| Standard Size Range | 1000 × 500 mm to 2400 × 1200 mm | 1000 × 1000 mm to 4000 × 2000 mm |

Q355 steel tables are available in both D16 and D28 configurations, with a standard surface hardness of HV150–210. They are a practical choice for general industrial fabrication and are offered in a wide range of standard dimensions.
Cast iron models are available for buyers who prefer a rigid cast structure, with a hardness of HB170–210. Reinforcing ribs are used beneath the table, and the same modular hole systems allow the platform to work with locating, supporting and clamping components.
For higher surface hardness and improved resistance to workshop wear and welding spatter, select a nitrided 3D welding table. Nitrided steel tables reach HV450–500, while nitrided cast iron tables reach HV400–500.
◆ Clamp from more directions: The top and four side faces support horizontal and vertical positioning around the workpiece.
◆ Reconfigure one platform: Move the tooling to accommodate different component sizes and geometries instead of building a permanent fixture for each job.
◆ Support repeat work: The machined grid and locating elements help operators rebuild a defined setup for recurring assemblies.
◆ Extend the working area: Supporting blocks, angle elements and other modular components can expand the usable fixturing arrangement.
◆ Check positions during setup: The regular hole pattern and 1 mm perimeter scale provide clear references for component placement.
A table should be specified together with the tooling required to support, locate and secure the actual workpiece. Available fixture categories include:
◆ U-shaped and L-shaped support blocks
◆ Angle supports and angle gauges
◆ Locating components and stops
◆ Clamping and fixing tools
◆ Locking components
◆ Auxiliary tools for special setups
When requesting a complete industrial welding fixture table package, include drawings or photos of the workpiece and identify the surfaces that must remain square, parallel or at a controlled angle. This helps determine the table system and the quantities of clamps, stops, squares and support elements.
These modular tables can be configured for tacking, welding, assembly and dimensional setup across a variety of metal fabrication operations, including:
◆ Machine frames, housings and equipment bases
◆ Racks, cross members and structural frames
◆ Railings, gates, stairs and architectural metalwork
◆ Control cabinets and sheet-metal enclosures
◆ Automotive and transportation components
◆ Prototype fabrication and high-mix, low-volume production
◆ Repeat welding and assembly of standardized parts
Yes. Our standard range includes multiple D16 and D28 sizes, and we can manufacture other dimensions to meet project requirements. Send us the required working area, side height, load information and workshop layout for review.
Hanxin offers supporting, locating, clamping, locking and auxiliary tools. Because each fixture layout is different, confirm the accessory type and quantity in the quotation rather than assuming that a standard table includes a complete fixture kit.
Table support options include legs or a steel frame. State whether you need the table body only or a complete supported workstation when requesting a quotation.
An ex-works inspection report is supplied with each welding table. If your project requires specific inspection checkpoints, third-party inspection or a particular report format, list these requirements during technical confirmation.
Pricing depends on the hole system, dimensions, material, surface treatment, support structure, fixture package, quantity and inspection requirements. A workpiece drawing and complete requirement list will support a more accurate quotation.
